Registration Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Site

This platform is dedicated to the promotion, facilitation and commercialization of wine tourism experiences and products in Carmelo. Through the site, users can access tourist information, purchase vouchers and products from third-party providers (including products containing alcohol), with the platform acting as an intermediary between the user and the service providers.

2. User Registration

To access certain functionalities it is necessary to register by providing basic information such as first name, last name, email, phone number and date of birth. Registration is free and personal.

3. Minimum Age

Registration is exclusively permitted for persons over 18 years of age, as a free glass of wine is offered as a welcome incentive, redeemable at a participating winery. By registering, you declare that you are of legal age.

4. Welcome Glass

• Each registered user can access a single welcome glass.
• The glass is assigned to a randomly selected winery from those participating in the benefit.
• The benefit is personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Redemption is subject to winery availability and their internal policies.
• To prevent fraudulent duplications, the welcome benefit is linked to a unique identifier based on the registered phone number and email address.

5. Data Usage

Data provided by the user will be used to:

• manage registration and platform experience
• enable the welcome benefit
• improve the services offered

By accepting these terms, the user expressly consents to their email address being shared with participating wineries and tourism providers in the Carmelo tourist circuit, for the purpose of communicating news, events or promotions related to wine tourism. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to [email protected].

6. Data Protection

Personal data will be treated in accordance with Uruguay's Law No. 18.331 on Personal Data Protection, respecting the principles of confidentiality, purpose and security. Users may request access, rectification or deletion of their data.

7. Responsibility and Intermediation

The platform acts as an intermediary in the commercialization of vouchers and products from third-party providers. Alcohol consumption is the exclusive responsibility of users aged 18 and over, and voucher redemption is subject to the policies and conditions of the service establishment.

8. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Modifications will be published on the site and will take effect from their publication.
