Personal data collected during registration is stored under the responsibility of Enoturismo Carmelo.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the user expressly consents to their email address being shared with participating wineries and tourism providers in the Carmelo tourist circuit, for the purpose of receiving news, services, offers and promotions related to wine tourism. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to [email protected].

All other personal data, such as phone number, is used exclusively for internal purposes of identity verification and platform security.

6. Data Protection and Storage

Personal data is stored securely and reasonable measures are adopted to prevent unauthorized access, loss or misuse. Data is stored on servers located outside Uruguay (United States), through technology infrastructure providers that guarantee adequate standards of security and data protection, under conditions compatible with Law No. 18.331.

7. User Rights

In accordance with Uruguay's Law No. 18.331 on Personal Data Protection, users have the right to:

  • Access: find out what personal data is held about you
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or outdated data
  • Cancellation: request deletion of your account and data
  • Objection: object to specific uses of your data, such as receiving communications from wineries

A cancellation request implies account closure and immediate cancellation of any active unredeemed coupons or vouchers. Please note that, for platform security reasons, when your account is deleted a technical irreversible identifier derived from your phone number is retained, solely to prevent fraudulent use of the welcome benefit. 8. Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated in the future. Modifications will be published on this page and will take effect from their publication.
